So they say their is no “I” in TEAM

We hear it ALL the time but what does that mean?

You can get buckets, score 30, and receive all the cheers

You deserve it, you have put in work for years.

You got injured, missed THE shot, and lost…so many tears.

We got you, next play, help side

If you told yourself you can do it alone, you lied.

We need eachother every single day and every single play.

Ok

The truth is… “I” can get you pretty far

But it is like singing alone in your car.

Team is better and is music to your ears

Team will be there the rest of your years.

Do the work, get better, be great, double double

But thinking you did that alone is trouble.

Bench energy, fist bumps, personalized high fives

Those are what keeps the team heartbeat alive.

Communicate on O and on D

Talking alone will give up an easy 3

Encourage one another, be the shoulder , the rock

Be the one hugging your teammate when the game winner beats the clock.

Stay Hungry, Stay Humble

Be the best part of the huddle.

They say there is no “I” in TEAM

Those that WIN Ships know exactly what that means!

Go Knights!
